Baby Jewelry

Marthababy.jpg (1036143 bytes)

The gold heart shape baby locket I'm wearing was given to me at birth by my Aunt Grace and Aunt Edith. I still have it, as well as a gold baby ring given to me by my grandparents.

It is these special keepsakes that inspired this collection of Baby Jewelry.

Victorian Coral Baby Pin. These were thought to protect a child in Victorian times and to ward off evil. It was a popular Christening present for this reason. This one is just precious, even though one coral bead was lost long ago. Old C clasp pin. A treasure to own.
